Research by The Institute of Leadership and Management says over a fifth of leaders rarely or never inspire trust in their colleagues. Over a quarter of leaders are judged to use their position for personal gain and nearly half show favouritism in the workplace. Additionally, almost half allowed their mood to dictate the climate of the workplace.

With over 20 years senior level experience in sales & marketing; Nicola is an AGP coach and relationship manager who has been there, seen it, and done it.
